Our Policies
Our office space is geared to offer the highest quality care and most advanced technology while maintaining the appropriate comfort and privacy of a physician’s office.
OFFICE HOURS:
Monday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Tuesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Thursday: 8:30am – 7:30pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Saturday: 9:00 – 12:00pm (2 per month)
INSURANCE: Dr. Channing Barnett participates with Aetna, Cigna, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare/Oxford Freedom. For patients with other insurances, in the case of medically-approved treatments, you will be provided with an insurance claim that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Cosmetic procedures and treatments are not usually covered by insurance.
PAYMENT: Most major credit cards are accepted.
CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
PRIVACY: We take the issue of our patients’ personal privacy very seriously. We pledge never to make available to any third party any personal, private, medical, and/or any other information. We will never give your email address to anyone. Health and medical websites have a particular responsibility to protect the privacy and confidentiality of their users. You have a right to use such sites with the confidence that your personal, private, medical, and/or any other information is not being tracked, collected, otherwise aggregated, or disclosed.
